Appointments
Our time is valuable and resources are costly, so to keep losses to a minimum clients will now be required to put a debit/credit card on file to reserve an appointment. The card must be able to be charged in case of a no show. Any client that no shows and books with a card that can’t be charged will be banned until the fee is paid. The fee will NOT be charged until the end of the scheduled appointment.
If any client does not show up to their appointment or fails to reschedule/cancel/make changes 24 hours before their scheduled appointment the card will be charged for the full amount of the service booked. The scheduling system will not allow a client to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment. If the client cancels/reschedules before the 24 hour deadline, the card will not be charged. All services without an appointment will be charged a $10 convenience fee.
